Further developments on the Frankenstein DVD:
Dear Margaret,
Many thanks for your e-mail. At present none of the productions featured in the NT Live season have been released onto DVD. There has been a such a positive response to the shows, and consequently demand for DVDs, that I know the theatre is looking into the possibility of releasing DVDs in the future, although we do not have any definitive information at the moment. In particular, I believe they are looking at trying to release Hamlet and Frankenstein on DVD, possibly by the end of the year. Please do keep an eye on our website for further updates (we are also on facebook and twitter, links at the bottom of this email). The DVDs will most likely only be available through the National Theatre.
Best wishes,
